Video: ‘Instructions For Living’, January 2025
I was asked to speak at Yetunde Hofmann’s ‘Enjoyable Life - What’s Your Story’ annual conference in December 2024 on the subject of my journey through cancer which I was diagnosed with mid 2023 and am now in recovery.
I shared a few extracts from my cancer dream diaries about learning to tap into my inner resources through dreams and imagination and how that helped me through the challenges as I underwent chemotherapy.
